Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Just Divine Makings! Each of our zodiac and celestial pieces is made-to-order by our print partners — that means your item is created just for you, never sitting in a warehouse. Here's what to expect:
Order Processing & Production
Because our products are made-to-order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production time varies depending on the product (apparel, mugs, stickers, accessories, etc.) and current order volume.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times
Once your order leaves our production facility, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Total estimated time from order to delivery:
- US: 5–14 business days
- International: 9–27 business days
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your package's journey to your door.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are determined by your local customs office.
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days or your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at justdivinemakingsofficial@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
For packages confirmed lost in transit, we'll either reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping fees to be re-sent. If a package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look around your delivery area (porches, mailboxes, etc.)
- Contact your local carrier
- Reach out to us at justdivinemakingsofficial@gmail.com if still unresolved
